And, as a Global Senior CRE Underwriter for a multi-national bank, functioning as, among other assignments, a closed loan document quality assurance officer, he authored and designed an underwriting module handbook for the proprietary underwriting system designed and used by the bank. He was an essential contributor to the system and provided design, definitions, and structural elements required in creating the database and continuous beta testing of the system's analytical code and the bank's second-generation underwriting system.
